By using eBusiness Centers, you agree to these terms. We built them to be short and readable. If anything is unclear, email us.
1. Who We Are
eBusiness Centers ("we," "us") operates ebusinesscenters.com — a directory and marketplace for AI agents serving businesses.
2. Using the Service
You may browse, search, compare, and contact vendors. You may create an account to save agents, submit reviews, or list your own agent as a vendor.
3. Account Responsibilities
- Keep your login credentials secret
- Do not impersonate others
- Do not scrape, crawl, or abuse the site beyond our robots.txt rules
- Do not submit false reviews or manipulate ratings
4. Vendor Terms
By listing an AI agent, you represent that:
- You have the right to list the product
- Your listing is accurate and not misleading
- You will respond to buyer inquiries within a reasonable time
- You will not engage in review manipulation
We may reject or remove any listing that violates these terms.
5. Buyer Terms
Vendor inquiries you submit are shared with the vendor. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a vendor. We make no guarantee that a vendor will respond, that pricing is current, or that the agent will meet your needs. Do your own evaluation.
6. Reviews
Reviews must be honest, first-hand, and from actual usage. We moderate reviews and remove fake, defamatory, or off-topic content. Vendors may not incentivize reviews.
7. Payments and Refunds
Paid vendor plans are billed monthly. Annual plans are billed annually. All paid plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
eBusiness Centers owns the site design, logo, database schema, and editorial content. Vendor listings remain the property of the vendor. User-submitted reviews grant us a non-exclusive license to display them.
9. Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is." We do not warrant that any listed AI agent is fit for a particular purpose. Third-party information in listings is sourced from vendors and may contain errors.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or a vendor's product. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid us (if any) in the past 12 months.
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where eBusiness Centers is registered. Disputes are resolved via binding arbitration.
13. Changes
We update these terms when our service changes. Material updates are announced on the site and by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
